- Only one staff member working, so they have to run the office while also doing the cleaning and maintenance, so unfortunately needs of customers can not be met
- Room itself was in pretty bad shape, middle of remodeling or something it appeared.
- Room was filthy along with towels no phone in room to call front desk and no one available at front desk to voice concerns I was locked out of my room along with other customers and we had to find a security guard to help us never again !
