- When I was checking in I was told that there was a $100 room deposit. This is not mentioned on your website or on the hotels website. I mentioned that to the front desk clerk and she confirmed that this policy is not posted. The refrigerator didn¿t wor.
- Check in was 2pm or later. We checked in at 3:30 and was told our room had not been cleaned yet and was asked to return in 30 minutes. Came back to find that our handicapped accessable room hand been given away and us given another.
