The price was right.
Friendly host!
Wonderful attention to detail. Very clean and well appointed. Comfy bed. Safe, gated property. Very lovely host.

Cons -

I had called ahead to let them know I would be coming in after 9pm. I was sent a gate code. Once arrived, the HOUSE was completely dark NO lights on, no sign or instructions were given. I didn't know which bedroom was mine & I had a shared bathroom.
Bathroom down the hall--not really a big issue.
Bathroom is in plain view of main house living area.
