Convenient, nice staff

Didn?t realize the office closed at a certain time. Needed more blankets

I liked that it smelled clean when we walked in.

There were no drawers to put our clothes in. The pillows were uncomfortable.

The power went out and the river was rising, so we drove home that night.

The location was great, free parking was nice and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The cleaning chemicals were very strong, we all had headaches from them. There was no insulation around the door and a full 1/2 inch gap under the door keeping the room chilly. There wasn’t much insulation and they even gave free earplugs which I assume they do because of how loud it is from each room and the nearby train.

The price was fair. The window caulking was nonexistent and flies tormented us all night. We were overlooking a residence in disrepair with barking dogs. I was up at all hours due to the dogs. The room was dated and the shower needed clan caulking. Housekeeping used too much disinfectant.

Beds could have been made better. The outdoor area could have had nice flowers/ plants and an umbrella. Looked a bit rundown.

Very nice remodel on older hotel. Comfortable and close to places of interest. Great staff. We have stayed here multiple times and will stay again when in the area.

We had two rooms. One seemed to be more recently updated and nicely decorated, the other was dated, could use a makeover. The Inn is close to the main highway and pretty much the only hotel in Cashmere. Decent place for a single night stay over on a road trip or a visit to Leavenworth

The table in the room wasn't clean and the outdoor stairs on the property to come down from the 2nd floor were very icy.

Cashmere inn was a great little find. I booked a budget room, and it was so much nicer than I expected. It’s obvious that the owners really care. They recently renovated I believe, and the room was cozy and inviting, just perfect for my stay. They left a note with instructions, and some sweets from the local store, it was a really nice personal touch. There was also coffee and tea. The only thing is the noise at night from the trains, but you would have to deal with that anywhere in the town. The owners left earplugs, which I used at night, and I slept like a log. Also, the cleaning staff were excellent, the room was very clean and when I asked for something, they had it in my room when I got back from my day!

Very clean, the gentleman that checked us in was polite. Motel was quiet.

First time there, so we didn't realize how far it was from the location we needed to be at for my sons wedding so the drive for us was long. The price was high but expected as all the places were not cheap.

Overall, everything was new-ish and fairly clean. It was in a cute little section of downtown Cashmere and there were some good restaurants nearby. Check-in was super easy and they were good about communicating before our arrival. The shower pressure and temperature were solid. There were two sinks so a family could have two people getting ready for bed or their day at once. For the money, it was an okay value, with some issues that can easily be improved.

The details I’m sharing only applied to our room, I cannot talk about the entire hotel. In our room, there were a lot of ants under the refrigerator and in the bathroom so we had to keep all our stuff off the floor. There was also a huge gap under and around the door so the heater had to stay running all night (it was 8° outside, in January), which meant that not only could we hear everything outside but we could occasionally smell car fumes and woke up with dry throats and nostrils because the hot air ran continuously. There was also nowhere to hang our towels once we showered so we had to hang them on a hanger in the closet. Finally, the beds are memory foam so once you’ve been sleeping in them for a few minutes, there is a divot/body impression and it’s hard to move out of it. The mattresses may fine for most people, it just wasn’t comfortable for us.My recommendation to the manager: Get weather stripping on all the door jambs & a sweep for the bottom. Spray inside and outside for ants. Get some hooks for the bathroom for towels. If these items were addressed, it would have been a 8/10 stay and a good value for the money.

disappointed

was disappointed in the room. we had to switch rooms due to it still being dirty. no refund of any kind was offered. we switched rooms but it wasn't much better. wouldn't recommend

Very close to Leavenworth, nestled between orchards and the train tracks. The rooms were adequately sized with good TVs, coffee and parking.

Walls and ceilings are thin. The toilet was clogged (not our doing) and the main table wasn’t as clean as it could be. One of the rooms was decorated well but the other was quite dated

Great location between Leavenworth and Wenatchee. Check in was a breeze and felt at ease coming and going from our hotel. There was two sinks both with their own mirrors which was a plus with for getting ready with girls in the family. The lighting was perfect as well.

Could use a trash can in the restrooms. And maybe currents for when we want the window open without having people stare in at you.

Location

The room was dated and had a musky odor. Toilet was not working, I fixed it. Had to go to front desk for hand soap which was totally empty when I checked in.
