- The property is still relatively new so it looks very nice and clean. We love that this is a pet friendly hotel
- the front desk was so amazing, She is a great employee and great customer service. the hotel was our second stay here. Will probably get a larger one next time. Hotel employee showed me different options available for our next visit.

Cons -
- Yes, there was only one elevator working and the staff mentioned how busy they were on this weekend and they're all sold out. Only having one elevator working was very inconvenient!
- did not have any soap for the bathroom sink. I had a bar in my suitcase so just used that instead of asking for some. Everything else was great but you do need tea bags not just coffee options in the rooms.
- Staff were in there loading up their waffles with tons of whipped cream while standing in the past of guests??? They were also sitting at a table for guests speaking Spanish very loud. They need to learn English!!
