- Both rooms I was in were lovely. The staff at the front desk, was so helpful as well as friendly.
- I liked the friendly staff, I want to say her name was Stephanie was so great! Also appreciated that at night one of the double doors lock so you can only go inside if you have a hotel keycard.
- Location. I always choose the garden inn Hiltons. Always up to snuff. I know what to expect. I am disabled and the room was perfect. Ricardo made sure it was OK. Thank you.
Cons -
- Nope. I know the property is under going renovation but there was no excess noise or disruption.
- Restaurant was closed due to labor shortage. Pool closed due to renovations. No continental breakfast. Charge pp for buffet style breakfast. Limited selection for items for purchase from store.
- The hot tub didn¿t work. I really wanted to use it after my 270 mile drive to get there.
