- Staff were amazing and the location can?t be beat.

Cons -
- The window blinds were broken in a number of places in my room. People in the building across the street could easily see in the room with very little effort.
- It?s fairly down-at-heel and the bathroom was freezing - they have old steam radiators that were not on during most of our visit - they provided a radiant space heater, which we moved around. The lobby coffee is thoughtful but awful..
- Elevator out. Had to lug suitcases up long stairs. Heat out. Had electric space heater which worried my wife in case of fire.
