Easy access to Randolph

Housekeeping was sporadic . No pool or exercise equipment

Clean , knowledgeable ,friendly and helpful concierge, 8I wish I could remember his name . Bed was perfect and I slept well. I needed an easy on off access to the highway for an overnight stay and this hotel fit the bill .

The room tv could have been easier to operate. Even the staff had problems when confronted with the navigation of the tv remote control. The room adjacent to ours had inconsiderate occupants who let the door slam against the night latch when frequently opening and closing the door.. I confronted them about the noise, and it was quieter after that.

Okay location, did not include breakfast, cost was not a great value

When I originally booked, I called and asked for a king suite and told them I had my 2 dogs coming. When I got there, the person I originally spoke to forgot to mention our dogs and had us on the 3rd floor. They had no more king suites available, so we had a double queen. The room was dirty. There was dog food all over the carpet and dog hair on the bed. We got put into another room, which was definitely more clean. The shower did not drain properly at all. The smoke alarm went off at 9 pm. because someone burnt popcorn . For a 1 year old hotel, they definitely have some issues that need to be worked out, especially since it was almost 500$ for 2 nights.

I wish there was a lamp for reading on both sides of the bed, and a night lite is always good. A grab rail for getting in and out of the shower would also b great.

Rooms were clean. We tried sitting outside near corn hole and there was a massive fly problem. They were so bad we decided to go inside.

There are no restaurants or anything nearby. Literally in the middle of nowhere. There should be a pool, a restaurant on premises or even a free breakfast because the rooms are pricey.. Spent as much for 1 night as I would in NYC or Boston.

It was cheaper than other places and clean. They had cute pictures for each room, ours was a moose.

Our door looked like it had been split in half and taped together through the middle. No elevator was a nightmare for my 70 year old mother’s suitcase for a 9 day trip.

I used the hotel basically for a bed due to being in town for a family emergency. However, it exceeded my expectations for the location. Extremely clean and I used to be in the business.

Staff could have been a bit more aware but certainly good.

Ice maker in our fridge didn't work at first ( They fixed it first day ) they offered another room or make it in another room and keep ours full. Always a greeting when passing the front desk. Always fresh coffee in the lobby. Very friendly staff. Will make this my go to place when visiting my family. They have a BBQ area with a corn hole game. Kitchen in room with full sized refrigerator and 2 burner stove. Need your own cookware dishes eat but we came prepared not knowing this. Room was big with ample seating. It was great for our week stay.

Didn't find anything I didn't like. Store was a bit pricy but we brought our own food.

The location close to Norwich

The noise, kids running around (10pm-12am) and dogs barking at 4am-7am

The bed was the best ever.

Kitchen was not outfitted well.Understand they are new. Bumps will go away.Bathroom tub floor already had a big scratch; appears to be cheaply constructed.
