Pros +

Location was good. Staff were all very nice.
Friendly owner. Clean/comfortable room and very affordable for a 1 night stay.
The staff was very friendly. A huge bonus was that they allowed our dogs to stay without breed restrictions.

Cons -

They sent me a form with instructions about the Breakfast options. Everything was very self-explanatory, but when we got there, we found out there was not breakfast available. It was very confusing and frustrating.
Room was clean but the smallest we ever stayed in and the shower was so small I could hardly fit in it.
The lighting in the room was not great. It was very difficult to see at night unless the bathroom light was on as well.
