Cons -
- The fire alarm went off at 3 am then several more times throughout the night. All we were offered was an apology. The room had a huge dip leading to the bathroom, and the pool and hot tub closed at 8pm, was not overly impressed considering the hype.
- The sink in our king room was not draining
- Over a one hour wait for check in as there were 20+ people in the lobby and only one person working. What a joke.
