- The staff was pleasant not very helpful
- Location.
- There wasn't much to like about the hotel other than it's location.
Cons -
- It was apparently in a bad part of the city because the cops were there half the night, we left. But still paid for the room
- Hotel in desperate need of update/remodel. Heater in room was malfunctioning - set to 86 degrees and could not be lowered. Front desk staff was apologetic but unable to fix. No real management on site. Breakfast was sorely lacking the basics!
- The heater for our room literally caught on fire night one.Had to move 3 times in 3 nights, none of the heaters worked properly. Waffle maker didn't work right, cockroach in bathroom.
