- It's location was ideal for my purpose (visit daughter & family) in Nelson, NH. Only needed a room/bed for the night. Price was much better than other alternatives. Most amenities not needed.

Cons -
- Everything was excellent. Basic amenities were excellent and the facility was underrated..
- Our room smelled and had not been deep cleaned in awhile. The toilet was really yucky.
- It was somewhat outdated,but was more than fine for a one-night stay.
