Great stay. Awesome location. Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean and roomy.

Check in was great. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Location is perfect. Good parking. Close to everything. The property is well kept and clean. The room was really nice and clean. The beds and pillows are comfortable. No one bothered us and it was nice and quiet. Would stay again but…

This is minor but I was excited to go in the pool but it just wasn’t warm enough. Now the biggest gripe was tv and internet is terrible. The TV went in and out constantly and the internet is the same. You can pay for better internet daily and we did but that made no difference. I needed to do a little work remotely and I wasn’t able to. Other than these two things we would give it an 8 out of 10.

The location is great. Our suite was good and spacious for 5 people. It was 10 minutes from the water park and the amusement park next to Colonial Williamsburg.The indoor pool was appropriate for sudden weather changes.Overall the stay was very good

The toilet paper was not enough and they don't leave spares, I didn't ask for more honestly because I had mine for the road trip so I used it.

Location was excellent and very close to everything we wanted.

The time share push.. was not interested in spending time being sold on something I would never ever do. Only had to field one in person… then got one phone call the 3rd day.

Set of rooms were spacious.

We have never had to take out our own trash while on Vacation. Not having any extra towels was also very disappointing! On my vacation I do not want to do chores such as taking out the trash or washing our own towels. This is not acceptable to us while vacationing.

Bluegreen Vacations Patrick Henry Square is awesome! Despite the busy night, The staff invited me with nothing but smiles during my checkin. I felt very welcomed. The unit I had was really clean and comfortable and had everything I looked for in a room (full kitchen, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, nice living room!) They also have an indoor pool, gym, game room, conference room. I am definitely going to recommend this location to my catalog of friends and family who travel as much as I do and need a great place to stay!

we have stayed here last year also. The location is perfect, we love the layout of our room, very spacious. The beds & pillows were very comfortable

the ventilation fan did not work in spare bathroom, did not report it.

The location was excellent. Close to everything we wanted to do.

The night of our arrival we found the sheets on our bed to be soiled. We called the front desk and they sent clean linens to our room but we had to re-make the bed. I thought that was an insult and it should have been done by the staff.

Great room with space for family. Excellent location. Pool wonderful with good hours. Would definitely stay here again.
