The hotel receives praise for its excellent location, being within walking distance to shops and restaurants, making it a great choice for vacations. While there are some cleanliness issues noted in the bathrooms and room carpets, the friendly and helpful staff contribute positively to the overall experience, and many guests find the rooms spacious and comfortable. Great location
With the total spent between the room price and the additional parking fees, we would have expected the room to be much nicer.

Place, location and quality of stay.
Parking! We are in Virginia not in prime location in New York or Los Angeles where in the space is a prime commodity. I have been staying with Marriott all over the world as much as I can, but a $30 dollar parking is just a highway robbery. This is just unjust for customers.

Great location for vacation, very nice room and facilities.
I wanted to sleep in on a couple of days, but cleaning and or maid service made loud noises and loud voices in the hallway outside of our door waking us up.. Apparently the linen closet door (right outside our door) was being held open for the workers to easily get in and out without unlocking or unlatching the door every time. The way they held the door open caused a constant metal to metal banging noise when the door shut.

The location was great.
Even though we pre-paid they charged us for a deposit which equaled to one night 360.00 and did not let us know they were going to, then said it was for incidentals, so we used that thinking it would cover our dinner and they charged that separately and we will not get our money back for 5 business days. We also got a deluxe king and were out in the back of the hotel by the loading docks. View was awful and it was very loud. Will not stay there again.

Excellent location and great place to stay. Beautiful room and excellent facilities.
Staff was not so up to our expectations. Dinner in the restaurant took way too long and stay was charged twice to my credit card. Good thing is that everything was settled correctly in the end.

Great location, pet friendly and good staff, that’s about it.
Unclean and outdated rooms, poor quality fixtures. Broken AC. Room keys that often have to be re-keyed. Our stay was comp’d due to AC being out, staff did all they could. This hotel needs a lot maintenance upgrades and improvements to cleaning to be considered an “autograph” property.

Location was great, close to downtown.
Overpriced for a normal hotel experience. The restaurants attached to the hotel, we’re overpriced with poor service. Traditions restaurant breakfast buffet is a complete ripoff. $25 per person for a breakfast buffet full of food you get complimentary at other hotels.

Breakfast was good but pricey. Room was very nice and clean, spacious. Staff was helpful and courteous.
I asked to book a room for the Grand Ilumination and the girl at the front desk went to ask someone about it. Apparently they said to check back closer to the dates in December but now youre booked!
