Homewood Suites By Hilton Williamsburg

Good location, not far from Colonial Williamsburg. Quite a few restaurants within near driving distance. Staff were helpful and cheerful. Room was clean with comfortable beds. Hot breakfast was good: waffles, bagels, cold cereal, oatmeal, overnight oats with chia pudding, eggs, breakfast meats, potatoes one morning, French toast sticks a couple of days, yogurt, apples and/or oranges, juice, coffee, hot chocolate. Nobody near us on the floor so relatively quiet. Our room was a one bedroom suite, so there was room to spread out.

We had to wet the side of the tub to keep the shower curtain from slipping out of the tub and getting water on the floor. Minimal kitchen set up with one cooking bowl, one larger and one smaller pot, a turner, a cooking spoon, 4 place settings. A few blunders were noted for a newly remodeled room, but only cosmetic. Bedding was thin but staff were quick to bring another one.

Breakfast was really not nice and the furniture in the room was dated and marked. The sheets were very basic. There was a lot of noise from the air con unit and another thing that I have no idea what it was but it was loud behind a door

The employees were so kind! The room was extremely clean and comfortable, super quiet. I liked the gym, up to date equipment and very clean. Breakfast was very good; the coffee was delicious! Loved the location, it was easy to get to where I needed to be. Will stay here again!

The cleanliness of the rooms, the spacious rooms and great for families. A pool, free breakfast, friendly staff.

Great location! The front desk was beyond helpful and very friendly. We stayed 2 nights and used the pool. The pool house is heated but the pool wasn't. The kids didn't mind at all but it took me a minute to get used to it. The whole property is absolutely beautiful and well taken care of. The colonial sites were less than 10 minutes away and there's several stores and restaurants on the same road. I forgot to lock my car one night and in the morning my camera bag was still there so I can attest that the location is safe also. Having a mini apartment for our family of 6 was a huge help! Theres a full fridge, stove, sink and bar...they even supplied pans and dishes! Wonderful hotel for a family or long stay!

I always wish the pools were open longer but the hours here were actually great! My only complaint is that the fabric shower curtains dont stop water from getting out which meant we had to use our towels up much faster than expected.

Location is great, central to everything.

We've been staying at this hotel for a few years now. Still very comfortable, clean, and the staff is great. The place is starting to show some wear, might be due for a remodel

The breakfasts were terrible..don’t even bother. Everything was always cold and I don’t even know what those pancake eggs that looked and tasted so bad were…also I hated the bed ..who uses a mattress pad for a blanket..it was very uncomfortable..the pillows were lumpy and their were holes in the carpet and the curtains..

Room was nice, spacious. Front desk was friendly. Housekeeping was great! Clean towels everyday! Never had to ask for anything! Very convenient location. Nice and Quiet!

We didn't care for the breakfast at all. Eggs were burnt, food was bland, coffee carafe was empty, asked for more..never came out. Syrup containers were sticky and never wiped. The venue needs a revamp. Old and tired.
