Very small room refrigerator.

The location is awesome. Close to food, gas, and parks! My kids loved the indoor/outdoor/whirlpool. The lounge chairs were comfortable. My daughter lost her stuffed dog and was so upset. However, prior to checking out, I asked the floor housekeeper if she saw it, and she said she had it in a safe place. Miss Janice- you made a little girl very, very happy! Bless you.

It would have been nice if the room had a microwave. The bathroom could really benefit from an exhaust fan. The screen on our balcony door was ripped. The indoor pool was great to have, but it was so heavily chlorinated. I started to get a headache, and my eyes were burning, and I wasn't even swimming. My nephew got a cut on his toe from the pool bottom. Also, family members were in a joined suite, and they got some kind of rash from the carpet. They could all use a really good cleaning.

Location was great. Staff was very friendly. There is room for improvement in the cleanliness aspect. Elevator had some discarded wrappers thrown on the floor.

Water was so overpriced, and could have been cleaner. There was a lot of people around until late, that were a bit noisy.

Excellent stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fabulous, and their staff was great! Great location, close to everything. Large rooms. Would stay again.

Comfortable and good location

Shower was horrible. Bad water pressure and the water didn’t turn off all the way.

If the hotel would honor what was reserved and have working facilities it would be great. We reserved two rooms double beds in both. When we got to the property they didn’t have two double bed rooms but said that they would give us a free breakfast. Front desk misquoted when the breakfast ended. We showed up at 9:55am and were unable to get breakfast because it closed at 10am (not 11am like we were told at the front desk). The first room smelled like cat urine. The second room had a toilet that wouldn’t flush. Overall, not a great experience.

The location was perfect! Only 5 minutes to Water Country and 10 minutes to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. Lots of restaurant options very close by. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The indoor pool room had a very strong chlorine odor which would not have pleasant for me to swim in. Thankful there was an outdoor pool available.

Very close to Busch Gardens and was pretty cheap for it’s location. Our room was on the first floor so it had a sliding door to access the back patio and pool area which was so convenient. Staff was friendly and attentive.

The rooms definitely need an update. Our room was clean to a point, there’s spots that seem to have been neglected over the years. Lots of dust, hair & crumbs were caught on the bed skirt behind the bed. The grout in the bathroom was dirty and even crumbling in some spots. I had to wear slippers any time I went in there. It looked and felt like an old room. The indoor/outdoor pool was very nice, but the rock flooring at the outside area hurt my feet and was hard to walk on (it could just be me, but i wanted to give the heads up!)
