The staff was very friendly.
Nothing. Absolutely disgusting.
It was less expensive.

Cons -

The man at the front desk was helpful, and upgraded us to a king bed. The tub was filled with water, water ran from the spigot brown, and there were holes and patches in the walls. The cleanliness is a problem, but we had no others.
Everything, literally
The room smelled bad. I should have gone back to the office and requested at different room, but I was tired and didn't want to bother. Also, there were quite a few flies and a few ants. Ants no big deal, but I spent a some time chasing and killing ants.

It was less expensive.

Nothing. It is a complete dump. I didn't have any other near by options

It was filthy. They don't vaccuum. The carpet even feels sticky. Cobwebs. I had to clean the tub myself. The rooms stink. I don't think they have a real cleaning staff. The lady that works the front just straightens up the rooms but doesn't clean them
