Cons -

When we arrived, there was no one a the desk. Just a note that they would return momentarily. We waited 15 minutes, called every number available and reached no one, clerk barely apologized for the wait. Road noise in our room was constant.

Breakfast buffet staff was very slow to replenish food. Quality of food was poor, English muffin had mold.. When told pancake maker wasn?t working, staff member yelled and blamed guests for not using machine correctly. Coffee was very weak.
