- I booked a room with a full kitchen, but instead I was given a room with only a small refrigerator that didn't fit all the food I had brought with me. and because there wasn’t enough space some of my food spoiled and I had to throw it away.
- 1. The check in process was so bad, super slow and the lady kept re asking questions and not listening. 2. Paying for parking is ridiculous, we pay enough for this crap motel, paying for parking too is not ok. 3. Parking deck is EXTREMELY small and poo

Bathroom was dirty and the breakfast was bad
The room was very clean and the front desk staff were great
The continental breakfast has no meat. Just a little bacon or sausage would have made a huge difference. Also, the breakfast attendant was mumbling under her breath at people and her music in the back was too loud.
I loved the front desk clerk. She was awesome.
The room was dirty. I had to change rooms because the first one was filthy. The second one was slightly better but still lacked the appropriate cleanliness.
Stay in Virginia Beach every October for Softball Tournament last 15 years. This is the best hotel I've stayed in during that period.
The room was beautiful, spacious and clean! Staff was super friendly and I was able to check in early.
The parking garage is awful. Very tight and there are poles throughout the garage that make it hard to maneuver. Only one lane width for 2 way traffic. I have a midsized suv and bigger cars would not be able to fit or maneuver in this garage.
