- The manager placed a message stating that we can rece6 a fridge and microwave, the rep could've accommodated the request but failed

- Overnight the room was horrible and hot. The elevator broke down after check in and the security was careless, the clerk overnight was unprofessional smoking in front of the building and not caring about the customer.
