Pros +
- Friendly, helpful staff. Very good hot breakfast.

- The beds were very clean and the staff was friendly.
Cons -
- Close to main road with lots of traffic/noise.
- Staff was not attentive at all!!! Asked for an ice bucket 4 times and never recieved it. When asked about broken ice machine i was told all but one on the bottom floor was broken so i would have to go to the bottom floor without annice bucket to get it
- There were no refrigerators or microwaves in the double room I had, one of the elevators was out of order, the vending and ice machines on my floor weren't working, the water pressure in the shower was very light, and only decaf coffee in the room!!
