The manager didnÂ¿t comprehend that I had paid for the room and wanted to charge me again I finally got a credit when I called the Priceline number and left but still lost $3. Terrible experience.

I rented a king room, it was not. It said it was an ocean view, it was not.
I booked a non smoking room and they gave me a smoking one. Had a heavy smell of cigarettes, and unclean. This hotel should be inspected, should not stay on the market. It?s unethical to sell on the website a product like this, with not refunds.

Nasty hotel! The air was broke, the place you hang your clothes on was broke, the tv was broke, the linens were terrible, the blanket was terrible, and that pillow was disappointing. Told the clerk tv was broken and he tried to blame me.
