Pros +
- The staff upon arrival greeted while exceptional customer service. Everything explained especially the $150 refundable incidental they charge. Cleaning staff was nice. Breakfast was hotel breakfast and eatable.
- Proximity to Airport was great, the room was clean and the staff was very friendly.
- Clean, spacious rooms. Great continental breakfast for both selection and neatness. The staff were wonderful with cleaning the stations and keeping things topped off. The hotel location was also convenient and near the airport.
Cons -
- The mold. Noise level, guest in hallway were loud late at night and staff did nothing,my room got maid service one time in the entire 5 night stay,only because I complained and ran out of towels,toilet paper to. And the trash over flowing in trashcan.
- Hot water was lukewarm. Heater was self adjusting or something. I?d set it on 72 and wake up with it on 67. Fix the hot water and heater/air conditioner and I would have enjoyed my stay. Staff were friendly and professional.
- Dated , rusty fixtures ,hole in the wall in the closet . Curtains had tiny holes. The room I got was right off the busy street so never quiet . Toilet low pressure and the sink backed up. I wanted to ask for another room but just endured the few days.
