- The room could have been kept cleaner. I was out all day and came back to an unmade bed, un-freshed cups & k-cups. The housekeepers should be knocking before entering a room. I had a late check out & the housekeepers came in twice before checkout time.
- One of the staff used my contact information to register another guest at the hotel. I didn't understand the situation and it wasn't explained to me very well, but another guest was registered with my name, phone, and email information.
