- staff was very unfriendly. there were ants in our room and when i told front desk she said it's because it's raining and there's nothing she can do about it. asked if she had spray and offered to spray myself but she said she will do it. she never did
- Odd red stains on carpet and walls
- The staff was honestly very poor. I was approached in the parking lot by a stranger who told me that they were towing cars. He never introduced himself. I was later berated by a woman at the desk. I would be glad to talk to someone
