- The property is closed due to fire. We were not notified. We arrived to find the property closed.

Cons -
- When we arrived we discovered that the hotel was closed. Apparently a fire happened a month back. We noticed we received a weird email from Booking saying the hotel let us cancel our booking free of charge if we wanted. But it was not clear at all we could not stay anymore. I believe the issue comes more from booking than from the hotel itself.
