- The hotel staff is always very nice and professional. The rooms are clean and the location is great.

Cons -
- Pay to park, and now having to pay $35 for early check-in. I have stayed multiple times at this location and always allowed to check-in early without any charge. Will not book here in future. Clerk did not check I am a Gold Elite member so I had to tell.
- The bar area could be a little better. Maybe rearrange some things and have live music or music over a sound system. May draw more people there.
- The hotel needs to be more accessible, connecting to the parking lot.
