- We checked in after driving hundreds of miles. We were woken by the fire alarm all night long! It was someone who was smoking in their room. Also there was no hot water. I felt the hotel owed us a refund, they refused
- The AC unit had broken grates, ice bucket missing lid, shower faucet was falling off the wall & my husband was stuck in the broken elevator for 30 minutes!!!
