Pros +
- It was ok nothing exceeded my expectations
- Breakfast was great, but the fruits were stale.
- Front desk staff was excellent, made us feel very welcome and were extremely accommodating.
Cons -
- The open buffet on the fruit area and there were little kids an adults coughing in that area not covering their mouths.
- The fruit were very slippery and stale. Need to actually serve fresh fruits.
- Remaining staff were very rude, especially at breakfast. Asked for more syrup with an hour left in service and was told no. When pushed she went back and got sugar free and basically threw it down. Room was not clean, a fingernail was left on bathroom floor, floors not swept etc. Pool not opened on time until we asked at front desk.
