So badly.
The lady at the front desk was so nice. I accidentally reserved a smoking room and she gracefully helped me change rooms.

Cons -

I did not like the fact I got room to get one if my homeless employees off the street with an impending severe snow storm only to have that hotel manager cancel his reservation when he shiwec up to check in .because he looked homeless. I'm appalled
Spiders in the bathroom.
Lots of traffic noise for the room which faced Rte. 29, very little distance and nothing to block the traffic noise.
