I loved the apartment. Great location, very convenient.
I accidentally left several items in the room. I called just after checkout and asked them to find them for me and put them aside. Apparently, housekeeping couldn't find the item. I talked to the front desk person who was very nice and said he would check himself for the items. But after trying for 2 days to get my items retrieved, they ghosted me. So I can only assume my property was stolen and the place couldn't manage to get it for me even though I called just after checkout and multiple times. Now I have to repurchase these items. While leaving the items was my mistake, it's surprising they couldn't simply find them and put them aside for a guest. Pretty disappointing.

Placemakr is a great place to stay in the DCA area. Excellent facilities, rooms with full kitchens and amenities, lots of restaurants and shopping in the area, and a short walk to the Metro.

Clean kitchen, very comfortable bed. Spacious. Nice front desk staff. I'd say good value for what I paid and for the hotel prices in the area.
The shower is stronger than a firehose. Water splashes everywhere and the wall opposite to the shower head already suffers from all the water - peeling paint. Door lock felt flimsy. Maybe it was just 805. if you plan to cook, bring all consumables, even salt and pepper.

Clean rooms that have everything that you could possibly need. Great location near the metro. I stay here whenever I need a hotel in the DC area.

Great location, good facilities and reasonably priced
Response to maitenance requests could be faster, some simple issues did not get resolved during 2 week stay. Adding a couple more basic kitchen tools would be helpful for long stays.
