Pros +
- The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Bottled water was offered at the front desk upon arrival.
- nice tea and friendly staff
- Room was clean. Breakfast as expected.
Cons -
- Although everything seemed clean, the entire hotel kind of smelled. I think it is due for renovations and somehow clearing the air in there. It's kind of musty and the cleaning supplies add to the odor. My room was so strong I felt ill for a while.
- The breakfast. Honestly, that is the only thing i had to ?complain? about. It was fine, but I have a food allergy and they put multiple things in one warmer , which meant i couldnt have anything from there due to cross contamination
- The sheets and pillow covers are not cleaned. Breakfast options are not good, front staff and manager are rude.
