Location. Everything else was not good.
We needed a place to stay near Dinosaur National Monument, this hotel was nearby.
Room was good and good patrons no loud noises after hours.

Cons -

Absolutely not a 2.5 star hotel. There wasnÂ¿t even a clerk at the desk 99% of the time. You had to call a number to get someone to come to the desk. This room should have been 50$ or less. Extremely disappointed.
Everything else. The room was old and dirty, bathroom floor full of hair, pull out bed unsuitable for any use but torture, stains on the carpet and bed, people loitering and smoking outside till all hours, it was one of the worst hotels ever experienced.
This is NOT a 2.5 star hotel. They were valid for their price but over rated.

Leaving

The smell, bugs in the coffee maker, the fridge didnÂ¿t work and was dirty, the pool was disgusting and had bugs and chunks out of the bottom. The hot tub didnÂ¿t work and wasnÂ¿t hot. The free breakfast was not what they said in the advertisement.
