- When we needed the room changed the manager accommodated our request.

- The woman who checked me in was rude and had a dog with her that wanted to attack people in the hotel.
- You have to pay 10.00 to have your room cleaned because they only clean it every three weeks. They do not vacuum the hallways.?maybe once a month. The staff is nice. The hotel needs new policies on cleaning.
- The hotel was infested with cockroaches, didn't even end up sleeping there after seeing 4 roaches in kitchen, bathroom and sleeping area
