- Staff were great
- Nothing people were rude, bed sucked, charged us for parking, charged $15 for a standard hotel breakfast. Out dated. They skimped on everything. Towels were bare minimum. It was ridiculous.

- Rented the presidential suite. Ripped sofa, cords hanging out of lamp, very dirty comforter in closet, ripped carpet coming up. Have pictures.
- No availability on free shuttle. Front desk Gavin suggesting a shuttle a little more than an hour prior should be sufficient. He was unhelpful.
