Room was very nice, I really like the little kitchen area and the real dishes and silverware provided. Breakfast is exceptional, very tasty and lots of choices.

The room was clean
There was NO hot water in UTAH in the middle of winter. The day after I arrived they shut down the water for hours to repair it and it didn’t work. Cold showers while 20F outside.

Our room was not clean upon arrival, but we were relocated, and the management was very helpful, covering the cost of our first night. Overall, it was a good stay.

Staff were wonderful! Breakfast was good. The location was perfect for me.
Rooms need maintenance. Tiles in the bathroom were loose. Carpet in the bedroom dirty and I got stabbed by a carpet tack that was exposed.

Daytime staff was friendly! Rooms were clean
Night front desk wasn't as friendly. Thought I could pay with the credit card I booked it under, but had to use a different one.

The hotel and amenities were very nice clean and comfortable
I found my car damaged in the parking lot and there are no surveillance cameras in the parking lot. I need to spend money to repair it.
