Cons -

Hair on shower wall and rude staff, so we checked out early
The mattress was horrible. I didn't sleep at all. Ended up with a backache.
Having to walk outside in 17 degree temp to go to the hot tub in another building

The room was clean but I saw hair on my bed that did not belong to me.

The pillows were yellow, the beds are old. For $---- plus I expected much more. Furthermore I left a specialized charger on the wall and I had to go back and inspect the room myself because after 24 plus house no on the hotel staff could do it.
