Silverado Lodge by Park City - Canyons Village features a free transfer service to the ski slopes. Free WiFi is offered in all rooms and suites. Pros +

  • The kitchen. The bar was great and so was the TV and view.
  • Nice Ski Resort hotel. Regular shuttle service right outside the hotel.
  • In room Fireplaces & game room we stumbled upon because staff was very uninformative.

Cons -

  • The Murphy bed was too short. Our feet hung off the bed !
  • Was placed in an area where the sidewalk was cleared of snow each morning at 5:00 am. I was surprised the windows and wall insulation were as thin as it was.
  • Very confusing, disorganized, unlabeled quarters. Staff seems confused as well. Rooms were $500 per night without kitchenette. Felt like we were trapped in the twilight zone.

They are extremely short staffed. I waiting 40 minutes for someone to get to the front desk at 8PM because they are managing two hotels with one employee.
They don't explain its a Murphy bed and it is extremely uncomfortable.
