Pros +
- We only stay at this hotel because of its 10/10 staff, clean/ upgrade is incredible to facility. Jacuzzi/ sauna/ steam room/ location and Versante restaurant within establishment is the BEST. New staff faves this year and incredibly impressed with level of courteous reception.
- Location and atmosphere was very nice ; the saunas and hot tubs were awesome for the winter months.
- Rooms were comfortably furnished. Nice common areas and indoor pool and spa facilities. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons -
- The breakfast was horrible in the restaurant. However the pizza at night for dinner was great . It was strange , but coffee was bitter and just a bad breakfast and service in the morning only. Pillows were flat too ; maybe offer regular pillows as well as the feather ones.
- This hotel used to include a very good complimentary breakfast which is no longer included.
- Breakfast was overpriced. Selection was limited.
