    Cons -

    • Was on the main road but still remarkably quiet
    • The odor of Fabulosa was so strong! We opened windows and door, tried to air it out, but not successful.
    • My mom wished the leaves outside on the porch were swept so we didn't keep tracking them into the room.

Excellent location. Staff communicates really well to keep the checkin process as efficient as possible. Nice and clean rooms which are excellent for you to rest especially coming off from Bryce or Zion. Will definitely visit again!

Easy entry with a door code. Comfy beds. Had everything we needed except tissues.

My mom wished the leaves outside on the porch were swept so we didn't keep tracking them into the room.

    Poor

Very loud heater, controls seemed to do little good. Had a secondary heater, electric resistance. Paid too much for the quality.

The bed was comfortable and the heat was good.

We got a very small room, no coats/clothes hangers, no table, shower without diverter, not even a box of Kleenex, no towel bar, no GRAB bar in the shower! There wasn’t any front desk helper the evening for checking in nor the next morning for checkout.

I loved the old fashion retro look on the outside and the updated bathrooms.

I don’t like that when you walk I to your room you bring all the dirt on your feet maybe having something for your guest to clean the floors .(Swiffer)

This could be a really cute homey hotel.... I'll at least give it that. And for the problems we experienced the staff tried to be helpful.

Room was very dirty. Bug poop on all the walls and ceilings, very dirty trim, door handles and sticky floor. Room had been cleaned with a very strong chemical. It was a pet friendly room and that showed. Pet hair on pillows and they definitely smelled like pets. We had issues with our booking and the staff was very helpful in trying to accommodate us. That I appreciated at least. Room could have been very cute if it would have been clean.

    Lots of updates.

Ceiling needs cleaning of dead bugs, trim boards very dirty, floor dirty

Location is top notch- perfect for morning Zion visit. Restaurant, great gift shop, grocery, petrol station are just across the street. Convenient code entrance and room assignment. Room was super clean, fridge, coffee machine, microwave and nice bathroom with fluffy towels.

Functional stay on our way through. Room was tight for 2 adults and a teenager but we pretty much got what we paid for.

This is a renovated motel that now looks like a cute tiny R&B. The room is very tiny though, bathroom has no counter space for your makeup and toiletries. But the room is standardly equipped so if you don’t need a lot of space you can get there a reasonable stay. Oh, air conditioning was so loud we kept waking up whole night, so we did not get a good sleep. They also have an early 10am checkout and no breakfast.

Crammed, bathroom was dirty, walls, basedoards etc. air conditioning was so old and so loud that you cannot sleep.

Super conveniently located, self check in and clean.

I little noisy at night due to proximity to highway and early morning helicopter fly by for Zion sunrise.

    Poor value for money

There were only 2 sets of towels for 3 people. They should not charge the rate as if for 3 people. Poor value for money. There is no breakfast, no services. The Aircon was so old and loud I could not sleep all night.

We didn't stay here. The room was dirty and small. We called the registration number and explained that the room would not house our group and was not what we had reserved. They quickly went to work making other arrangements for us. We ended up moving to Zion Ponderosa Ranch and it was AMAZING. Pay the extra money and stay there.

This is a simple motel that suited our needs for our visit to Zion. It gets us to Zion via the east entrance which was fine. Staff was very communicative prior to our stay via text. Self checkin was simple enough that we did not see any staff during our two days stay.

The motel was a bit run down and basic and right next to a road with a petrol station. The petrol station did not turn off its lights.

Confortable bed. Looked nice. We liked the convenience of just having to type a code to unlock the door and not have to physically check-in. Perfect for getting there late.Very close to Zion and not too far from Bryce. We really recommend this place.

Thin walls (we could hear people next to our room), but nothing bad.

    10JonathanPosted on: 2-21-2025

Everything was great, arrival instructions were very clear. The coffee was a real nice way to start the day (as were the chocolates!!)

    7CristinaPosted on: 1-25-2025

The room was super cozy and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The location was ideal: next to a restaurant and gas station, a 40-minute drive from Zion National Park, and a 1-hour drive to Bryce Canyon. Overall, we had a very nice stay

It was too cold outside when we stayed (-15°C) and the heater wasn't strong enough to keep the room warm. It was also too noisy to keep on while sleeping.
