- It was affordable.
- Great RV parking near the center of Moab. We were able to walk anywhere in town, which is a huge advantage when it is crowded.
- Close to Arches National Park and right on the main strip, close to gas, shopping, and restaurants. Clean, hot showers. Laundry. Wifi available. Clean pool. Good value.
Cons -
- The mattresses were terrible.
- We had to drive over a small stream to get to our tent-only spot. In the tent-only area there was only a portapotty. It is odd to camp IN a city- bright lights and traffic.
