Cable TV, a microwave and a refrigerator are available in each wood-furnished room of the Big Horn Lodge. A coffee maker and an iron are also included. - Friendly, efficient check in. Room was wonderful and location was great! Check in and out was so easy. They even called me to let me know they found a small item we left in the room. No hotel has ever done that.
- The clerk who checked us in was nice, prompt, and knowledgeable. We appreciated her replacing our TV. Pet area in the back of the hotel, complete with bags.
- Location with walking proximity to restaurants & shopping. Close to National Parks. Also liked the rustic decor. Office staff very friendly along with providing recommendations for restaurants.
Cons -
- The bed was too firm for me - my traveling companions did not mind it though.
