  • The front desk attendant was very nice and helpful. She was always there if not at the desk cleaning near by. She was up front about the fact that the cleaning staff came over other day of our stay but that she could provide anything we needed.
  • Staff were exceptional! They found my lost credit card and saved it for me.
  • Location and price.

Cons -

  • Upcharged us for more people. Pool was closed.
  • The hot tub was not filled and the pool looked like it had a film on top possibly because it wasn?t getting used. It was cold outside so that might be the reason

Location and price.
The sink didn't work. Staff was rude when I asked it to be fixed. After 2 tries to fix it, we were told it couldn't be fixed and to use the bathtub if we needed a sink. We were also scolded for asking him to come up to the 2nd floor since his leg hurt.
