- Inside the room was nice
- Nothing mean and rude staffs.
- We initially booked this hotel because there was an indoor pool and the location. When we arrived, the indoor pool was closed, but we were informed by Hotel employee who was amazing that we can use the Sister property right behind our hotel and use their pool.
Cons -
- I didn't like that I was not informed that they would be remodeling, my room windows were covered on the outside with a plastic making the room dark, and that there was no staff at the front desk when I tried to check out at 6:30 am so just left keys
- The hotel is being renovated and did not have a pool and it was a construction site and not the comfort I am accustomed to. There was not a lounge area. I was dissatisfied overall.
- Room smelled bad. Poorly-arranged furniture. Overpriced.
