- we drove 1 hour and and arrived at 2 am , got to lobby with the luggage?s although I have paid the hotel, they said that hotel is full, the worst think is that I am still trying to get my money back so horrible experience
Cons -
- Staff at check in was horrible
- The sink in the bathroom was duty. Someone had spit into the sink and it was not cleaned out.
- My room had bugs in the window, there was a storm and the window leaked onto the air conditioner. When I let the front desk know she was not accommodating.
