- I can only compliment the hotel staff for their exceptional assistance and willingness to fulfill our requests. We had to leave the hotel, and they even followed up with the manager to arrange a refund for us.
Cons -
- Roaches in room, no pans for cooking
- Mattress were thin & on a hard service. No box springs.
- The rooms on the 3rd and 2nd floors smelled like smoke and cat pee and were dirty.
