Located just of Interstate 37 and 10 minutes’ walk from the Aiden San Antonio Riverwalk, this hotel features free Wi-Fi. Rooms include 55" Flat-Screen TV's with cable and streaming service options and a small refrigerator are found in each decorative room at Aiden by Best Western San Antonio Riverwalk. Tea-and coffee-making facilities are also included. Hemisfair Park and the Tower of the Americas are 5 minutes’ drive from the Best Western. The Alamo is less than 1 mile away.

- The hotel was very nice, clean, welcoming, and perfect location. Also it worked great for even traveling with an infant

Cons -
- I arrived 4hrs before checkin & waited in the lobby. Checkout is 12p, & I find it hard to believe that not one room was available after cleaning that they couldn't check me in sooner than 3pm. First time in 35yrs that happened to me.
- I didn't like that you all did not provide a refund so I could reschedule my stay.
- The cleanliness of the room was below average. There was a dirty q-tip on the floor, spots (coffee maybe) on the tile area, visible marks (maybe wine or food) on the comforter. The breakfast cafe had a limited selection and no microwave in the room.
