Breakfast was good, although it was very crowded. Outdoor pool area was excellent. Location is excellent. View from room was good.
The slowest elevator known to mankind. They must be having a laugh at our expense. Replace the elevator closer to the pool. However slow you think it is, it's slower. Parking wasn't ideal. Crowded parking lot and required parking papers.

We can’t find ice at the machine in the fifth floor.

The hotel provided free parking, breakfast, and laundry facilities (cost to use). The breakfast was sufficient and enough to last you until dinner. We were able to walk from the hotel to the river walk. The room was spacious, the bed large and comfortable. The cleaners did a fantastic job, though we weren't expecting a daily clean. There was a bonus of ice facilities.
The room did get warm, but this could've been more our issue in the use of the air con

The breakfast had a lot of options and was pretty good. The location is fantastic
The phone in our room didn’t work and we had left early and come back in the afternoon and housekeeping still hadn’t come to the room to clean.

The bed was comfortable and thr room spacious.
Breakfast was no good. The eggs and potatoes pretty disgusting.

The staff was great, and breakfast was good. The room was clean.
They didn't clean our room, nor did we get clean towels. The elevator was very slow and hot.

Clean, comfortable and good size rooms. Easy to get around central San Antonio. Parking free and accessible. Nice breakfast as well.
