Despite some issues during my stay, I would like to highlight a few positive aspects of the hotel.Mary’s service truly stood out. She was extremely polite, always willing to help, and consistently greeted guests with a genuine smile. Being assisted by someone so kind and attentive made a real difference in the overall experience.Additionally, the bed was comfortable, which helped ensure a good night’s sleep

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing, mainly due to cleanliness and comfort issues.Carpets the room and the hall were filthyThe room was not properly cleaned. The carpet was very dirty, and in the bathroom there were hairs left in the bathtub. In addition, the bathtub did not drain properly, causing water to accumulate while showering.The towels were stained and looked unclean, which was very unpleasant. The bathroom exhaust fan was not effective, leading to excessive moisture and a fogged mirror. The hair dryer was also in very poor condition and did not work properly.Breakfast was another negative point. There was not enough seating for the number of guests, and food replenishment was very slow, causing inconvenience and waiting time.Overall, these issues significantly impacted my stay, and I expected a much better level of cleanliness and service.We stayed in other Holiday inn and the other was pretty clean and the facilities were very good! But this one was a disappointment

The hotel is found in a very good location, it has a lot of convenient stores around it and for someone like me that travels with family & kids that's a big perk! The complementary breakfast was good, I just wish it had a little more variety for the fruit but other than that it was good! All the staff were friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

I love to stay at this location. Place is clean and comfortable. Rooms are comfortable and a good size. Cost to stay is fair and better then other locations.

It's a little difficult to get to the hotel based on the road layout.

The free parking. It’s close to shopping area. The room was nice and big. The shower had a great water pressure.

The breakfast area was too small. It could fit only 20 people or so. We had to wait more than 20 minutes with our plates in our hands, and a lot of people had to wait too.
