- Yes the hotel owner is a money hungry rude person. They tried to charge me more for a room when I arrived and my only option was to pay more. They wouldn?t even refund me. They only had more expensive rooms available even though I booked a ?guaranteed?
- The lack of clesniness in the bathroom anf hotel room floors
- They charge additional fees for little kids staying in the same room regardless that you rented a 2 room suite for a family of 4 with 2 beds and an extra sofa bed. This is insane!!!
